He is involved in policy planning, project preparation and implementation, as well as consolidation of quality in educational institutions of the Trust. He is in charge of consultancy services in education for the Trust and educational consultant for students at the graduate level. |

| Various Colleges under the trust are monitored for their academic excellence by the co-ordinator of University Education. Rules and regulations of various universities under whom courses are conducted are to be implemented appropriately to help the students.
Prof. Chandrashekhar Shetty brings with him over 40 years of university teaching experience to manage these academic challenges. His long experience in the university administration of which 4 years as Registrar (Evaluation) is an added advantage. His professional attitude and understanding of the problems enable the college Principals and the faculty in directing their efforts in a positive direction. Apart from supervising the normal academic activities of the colleges, he is also involved in the project preparation and implementation of new programmes of the trust.

| | The financial standing of the Trust is the responsibility of the Finance Officer. Before joining the Trust, Mr. Shetty had worked in various official capacities managing the finances of important industrial establishments in Mangalore. The budgeting, channelizing and managing of the financial transactions of the Trust come within his purview, and are efficiently monitored by him and his team. |

A separate division of Student Welfare and Placement has been functioning under the guidance of Dr. Ifthikar Ali in order to guide the students and help them to overcome their difficulties. Dr. Ali is a Professor in Physiotherapy at Dr.M.V.Shetty College of Physiotherapy.
