School of Nursing Courses On completion of the course the nurse is enabled to: - show core competancies in providing health care to individuals using the nursing process.
- plan and carry out appropriate action to meet nursing needs.
- sustain effective nursing care for the promotion of the best possible level of health in the patient.
- assess effectiveness of nursing care.
- apply knowledge from the biological and behaviourial sciences in the practice of nursing care.
